FellowshipKids (FSK) is our children’s ministry and is led by staff and volunteers who are passionate about kids. The goal of FellowshipKids is the same as the goal for our church: to make disciples who live by God’s grace and for His glory at home and across the world.
Through FellowshipKids, our church staff, volunteers and parents work as a team to lead children from birth to preteen in three values, which include:
KNOW the character of God and the joy
of a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.
GROW in understanding of who Jesus Christ
is and what He has accomplished for us.
SHOW the world around us the hope we
have in Jesus Christ.
Sundays in FellowshipKids are designed to be safe and fun as well as present the Bible in an age-appropriate way. From preschoolers to preteens, our goal is to provide an environment that allows kids to experience and hear the transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ.
First Sunday in FSK
From the moment you step out of your car, you’ll encounter friendly people, happy you are attending. Let any of the greeters know it’s the first time for your child to attend FellowshipKids. They will help you find where to register your child and what class he or she will attend
- Registration. The first Sunday your child to attends FellowshipKids you’ll complete a few questions to register. The system we use allows us to keep him or her safe and you reassured of excellent care.
- Nametag and receipts. After you have registered, you will get a nametag for your child and a parent receipt to keep. The nametag and receipt have matching security codes on them that ensures the safety of your child while you are in service.
- After registration. Someone from the Welcome Team will show your child to his or her classroom where an exciting morning awaits.
- Pick up your child. When service is over return to your child's classroom. The classroom volunteer will make sure the child’s security code on his or her nametag matches the security code on your parent receipt.
If your child needs you during the service, your security code will display on the screens in the worship center. Take your parent receipt to the check-in desk, and someone there will get your child for you.
If you misplace your receipt, please show a photo I.D. to the team at the check-in desk so they can verify you are the child’s parent. Once verified, they will go get your child from his or her classroom for you.
