OUR PRIORITIES
Connecting
We want everyone in this season of life to have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships, enjoy refreshing times of fellowship, and engage in spiritually stretching adventures. To encourage this, we provide:
- Community Groups – to connect people in small groups
- Socials – to connect people in larger gatherings
- Trips – to connect people around common passions
Growing
We desire to provide each person with a motivating vision for this season, a biblical foundation for their choices, and a means for equipping the next generation. To encourage this, we provide:
- 100X Main Event – to challenge their priorities and values
- Evangelism – to train them to share their faith
- Mentoring – to focus them on raising up a new generation
Caring
We are working to help people in our congregation intercede for those in need, serve those who are physically challenged, equip caregivers with options for loved ones, and connect people with social and educational opportunities in Little Rock. To encourage this, we provide:
- E-Prayer Chain – to inform people about critical prayer needs
- CARE Teams – to connect gifted people to physical needs
- The Next Step – to counsel people concerning care options for loved ones

Serving
We want to inform people in our season of life about opportunities to use their gifts for the kingdom of God and highlight how God is using SageWorkers to make a difference in our community and world. To encourage this, we provide:
- Ministry Opportunities – describing organizations looking for volunteers and connecting people with them
- Kingdom Heroes - sharing inspiring stories about how God is using SageWorkers for His glory
